2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Inn Net GmbH, Schmerbeckstraße 4, 83512 Wasserburg am Inn, Germany. When you open the website, your browser automatically sends information to the server, which is stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested and amount of data transferred
- website from which the access was made (referrer)
- browser and operating system used
This data is processed solely to provide the website, to ensure its security and stability and to analyse errors. It is not combined with other data sources or used for marketing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. Log files are regularly deleted after six weeks. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not store any information on your device (including the browser's local storage). No analytics, tracking or advertising services are used. Fonts and all other parts of the website are loaded directly from our server; no connections to third-party servers are made when you open our pages.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. YouTube videos (two-click solution)
On some project pages we show videos hosted on YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are not loaded at first; you only see a preview image stored on our own server. Only when you click on a video is a connection to YouTube established and the video embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In particular, your IP address, date and time and the page visited are transmitted to Google; YouTube may also store information on your device.
The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time by reloading the page. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: Google privacy policy.
6. Google Maps (two-click solution)
On the contact page you can display maps from Google Maps to find our locations. The provider is also Google Ireland Limited. The maps are only loaded when you click "Load map". In that case, your IP address and information about your use of the map in particular are transmitted to Google. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG); what is said above about YouTube applies accordingly to any transfer to the USA.
7. Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram. These are plain links, not embedded plugins: no data is transmitted to these networks when you visit our website. Only when you follow a link do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
8. Data security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
9. Your rights
Within the scope of the law you have the right at any time to
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR),
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
Simply contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
