WerkHaus realises its modern wood designs in accordance with the tradition of the Bauhaus movement and of Japanese wooden frame design. The underlying principle is the separation of supporting and spacecreating construction (posts \/ beams and walls).<\/p>\n

This means that, the house is erected on site as a skeleton frame from the different joists and supports, only then it will be completed. This type of assembly permanently guarantees the free positioning of walls and windows in the planned design and in any later reconstruction work without modifying the supporting structure of the building. High age-resistance together with great assurance of monetary and future value is achieved by this renewal capability in housing technology, building physics and floor plans.<\/p>\n
