mentioned earlier.

The WerkHaus constructional
design guarantees the
unconditional separation of
bearing framework and space-
creating walls in production and
assembly. This means that,
contrary to today's standard
practice, the house is not delivered
as wooden panels and then assembled, but is erected as a skeleton frame on site from the different joists and supports and is then completed.
